In 1900, 36 year old carpenter Peter Bishop lived with his wife, Margaret (41), and their two surviving daughters Martha (4) and Mary (1) on the farm of his widowed mother-in-law, Eva Kluber (61) in Enoch Twp., Noble County, Ohio.

At the time of the 1910 census, 46 year old Peter Bishop lived with his 51 year old wife Margaret and their three surviving children. Margaret's 71 year old mother Eva Kluber lived with them.

Margaret Kluber [Parents] 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 was born on 14 Nov 1858 in Fulda, Noble Co., OH. She was christened in St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception, Fulda, Noble Co., OH. She died on 15 Jul 1952 in Noble Co., OH. She was buried in St. Mary's Cemetery, Fulda, Noble Co., OH. She married 7 Peter Bishop on 15 May 1894 in St. Mary Imac Concep, Fulda, Noble Co., OH.

In 1880, 21 year old Margaret Kluber lived with her widowed mother, grandmother, and younger sister in Fulda, Enoch Twp., Noble County, Ohio. She attended school that year.

Two of Margaret's three children were living at the time of the 1900 census. Her middle child, Clara, died one month before the census at age 3. Margaret could read and speak English, but could not write.

DEATH CALLS OLDEST MEMBER OF ST. MARY’S
CATHOLIC CHURCH
CALDWELL, O. -- Mrs. Margaret Klueber Bishop,
widow of the late Peter Bishop, died Tuesday morning [15 Jul
1952] at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Margaret Schafer of
Caldwell route, near Fulda, following extended illness. Mrs.
Bishop was 93 years old last November and the oldest living
member of St. Mary's Catholic church in Fulda.
Survivors are one son, Urban Bishop of Canton, two
daughters, Mrs. Marie Schoeppner of Caldwell route, and Mrs.
Margaret Schafer, at whose home she died. There are eleven
grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Bishop was
the last surviving member of her family.
Last rites will be held Friday morning at 9 o’clock from
St. Mary’s church in Fulda with Rev. Fr. J. B. Mattes officiating,
followed by interment in St. Mary’s cemetery.
The body will be taken from the Estadt Funeral Home
in Caldwell to the Schafer home near Fulda Wednesday morning.
